Guarantee: We guarantee against genetic defects. We also guarantee against malocclusion up to 4 months. After 4 months teeth problems are due to injury, not genetics. We guarantee that the rabbit is healthy at the time of sale, that they show no signs of disease, diarrhea or nasal/eye discharge. If the rabbit dies within 8 days we will replace your rabbit depending on availability. If a replacement is not possible we will refund your money - the rabbit price only. You need to contact us immediately and we will require a veterinary statement from a licensed veterinarian proving cause of death.
We will not guarantee a rabbit outside of the 8 day period. We do not guarantee against death including but not limited to: abuse, neglect, extreme temperatures, malnourishment, improper housing which causes sickness or death, injury from other animals, exposer to other illnesses and sicknesses by other animals during travel, shows or at your residence.
We sex our rabbits at 4-6 weeks old. We recheck often, but sometimes mistakes are made. We encourage and expect you to check the sex of any and all rabbits that you purchase before you leave. We will not refund for a rabbit being the wrong sex after it has left our care. We will exchange for a rabbit of the correct sex when a rabbit is available. You would have to choose from a rabbit of the same price, color or variety.
Please note-Certain colors of young rabbits are sometimes hard to state with absolute certainty. We do our best to state the color as it presents now, but it is possible the color/shading may change somewhat as the rabbit continues to grow and when it molts. THIS IS BEYOND OUR CONTROL! We cannot predict how these rabbits will turn out as they get older.
Mane quality is another issue that we Lionhead breeders are working on, in trying to keep the Lionhead from "losing" its mane after the molting process and into adulthood. Again this is something we cannot predict, therefore we cannot guarantee what type of mane quality it may or may not have as it gets older.

Special information: If at anytime you are unable to care for, or wish to "leave" the bunny business, you may return your bunny at any time. Once returned the bunny becomes property once again of BS Bunnies.
